Anna Gallich, Ph.D., DBA

​​Anna is the Founder, CEO, and CFO of Acumen Finance Group, which she launched in 2019 with a vision to deliver high-quality, strategic financial services to nonprofits and SMEs. With over 30 years of experience in accounting and finance across diverse industries and organizations of all sizes, she has served as CFO, Financial Controller, and Director of Finance while maintaining an active professional practice.

 

She has led organizations through challenging financial conditions, carrying hands-on budget responsibility and treasury management throughout her career. Drawing on this depth of experience, Anna anticipates the unique challenges and reporting requirements nonprofits and SMEs encounter and provides tailored strategies to navigate them. Her approach helps clients streamline operations, strengthen financial management, and achieve sustainable business goals.

Holding undergraduate degrees in statistics and accounting, a graduate degree in psychology, and postgraduate degrees in business administration and clinical psychology, Anna integrates financial, business, and psychological insights to drive both organizational transformation and long-term financial success for her clients nationwide.
